Mark Davis is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville. He has been in the Nashville area since 1994. Prior to joining the The Morris Companies LLC Team, Mark worked in the Mortgage Finance Industry for 9 years where he helped Real Estate investors identify and utilize many financing programs for Commercial and Residential Investment properties. Mark's expertise and knowledge helped clients to identify financially viable investment properties and secure financing for purchase. He has developed banking relationships in the REO and foreclosure markets that prove invaluable to his clients.
